About the Role
As a Chief Fryer (頭鑊) you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely courteous and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate the food production; ensure food quality presentations and standards are maintained at all times
- Ensure ingredients for presentation and garnish must be prepared according to standards
- Monitor and fully implement the portion control established with the recipes and to maintain strict control on food portioning and wastage ensuring gross food profitability
- Ensure smooth and effective communication among all sections with other sections and kitchens
- Ensure the hygiene standards are achieved according to the HACCP & ISO22000 requirements

- 確保用作裝飾的食材製作過程符合酒店的標準
- 嚴格控制食品份量避免浪費
- 確保各部門之間有效溝通

About You
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in the Hotel / Clubhouse Industry
- Knowledge of HACCP & ISO22000 and sanitation standards
- Demonstratedteamwork
- 五年相關經驗具酒店或會所行業經驗優先
- 具食物安全及衞生知識
- 良好的團隊合作精神
