Your profile:
Law degree with solid experience in top law firms multinationals or consultancy; PhD/LLM in Law is a plus.
Admitted to Bucharest Bar
Background in corporate and commercial law with extensive knowledge of contract review and labor law.
Strong communicator able to work with internal clients and external counsel
Client-focused results-driven and adaptable under tight deadlines
Eager to learn and develop professionally
Advanced English with excellent legal terminology
What Youll Do
Provide legal advice to internal clients under the supervision of the Legal Manager
Draft legal documents related mainly to corporate commercial and labor matters
Draft and/or supervise corporate documents prepared internally
Liaise with Romanian authorities and external counsel on ongoing legal matters
Organize and maintain the legal archive including contracts corporate documents labor agreements and correspondence
Track litigation cases and integrate resulting documents into the legal archive
Assist in managing and monitoring the departments budget
Prepare structured reports and contribute to legal department reporting
Conduct legislative research (laws doctrine jurisprudence) as needed
and bring your legal expertise to a team that values precision integrity and professional growth.
