Job Summary

With an experience of over 28 years E-INFRA Group comprises 5 Romanian companies active in the field of energy constructions and telecommunications infrastructure.

E-INFRA holding includes: Electrogrup EPC contractor for complex projects in critical infrastructure for energy and renewable energy construction and telecom projects Nova Power and Gas active in energy production energy and gas supply natural gas distribution and energy and gas trading Netcity Telecom a company that develops and operates the metropolitan fiber optic infrastructure in Bucharest Direct One the operator of the largest neutral long distance fiber optic network with national coverage maintenance services and telecom projects and WESEE offering full installation and maintenance services for wind parks.

At this moment we are looking for a Legal Advisorto join E-INFRA Group.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and guidance on all aspects of the companies operations covering both day-to-day and strategic business affairs with an emphasis in areas such as offer legal assistance in areas such as Commercial and Real Estate matters ensuring full legal compliance.
Draft and review a wide range of contracts including real estate acquisition agreements and supply contracts for products and services. Oversee contract management processes.
Identify assess and mitigate legal risks.
Proactively communicate with management proposing effective legal strategies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Management Finance and Operations teams to address legal concerns and minimize risks.
Provide updates on legislative and regulatory changes that may impact E-INFRA Group and insights on potential business implications.

Skills and qualifications:

Minimum 5years of professional experience as a lawyer.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Advanced legal knowledge with a focus on real estate and commercial.
Proven ability to work independently.
Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
Exceptional accuracy and a results-driven mindset.
Effective time and priority management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen ability to identify and manage legal risks.
Team-oriented approach with strong collaboration communication and interpersonal skills.
