The Utility Building Engineer performs general building engineering duties.

Essential Functions:

General cleaning of engineering spaces.
Cleaning and/or painting of non-operating mechanical equipment which has been shut down locked out and tagged by a Journeyman Engineer.
Perform general labor as assigned by the Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief
Preventative maintenance of all assigned areas.
Assist Journeymen Engineers whenever needed.
Other duties as assigned.
