About the Job
As a Program Coordinator youll build mentoring relationships with students that help them grow in confidence leadership and self-sufficiency. Youll create group sessions where students explore new activities learn life skills and celebrate their strengths. Youll also partner with schools families and community members to support student success. Every day is different. One day you may be leading a cooking activity the next cheering at a talent show and the next helping a student complete her first college application. No two days are the same and every day brings the chance to inspire joy growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging group sessions and provide supportive mentoring for middle and high school students.
- Coordinate program logistics including meals supplies transportation and site relationships.
- Provide case management advocacy and crisis support as needed.
- Lead and coach interns program specialists and volunteers to grow their skills.
- Contribute to agency-wide events storytelling and community impact.
About You
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work Education or related field OR equivalent experience.
- Experience working with youth (middle/high school or college).
- Experience working with diverse populations and leading teams.
- Strong facilitation organizational and communication skills.
- Valid drivers license reliable vehicle and insurance.
