Import Export Coordinator

In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Invoice and process imports and exports.
• Run the qualification process.
• Perform import reporting.
• Perform import and export shipment tracking.
• Capture parts and product structure in the inventory control system.
• Perform regime changes and material return.
• Perform virtual import and export operations.
• Align with pediment balances.
• Validate information from the Inventory Control System vs GLOSA DataStage.
• Review pediment tabs for approval.
• Follow CTPAT / AEO standards.

For This Role You Will Need:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
• Bilingual 80%
• 4 years of experience in maquiladora in imports and exports pediments balances.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Knowledge in Microsoft Word computer packages; Excel Power point and Word
• Leadership communication and collaboration skills.
• Availability and documentation to travel to USA
