The Social Media & Community Manager is the voice and ambassador of the hotel brand across social media platforms online review sites and guest engagement channels. This role focuses on creating meaningful connections with guests promoting the propertys services and experiences and enhancing the hotels online reputation through consistent high-quality content and proactive community engagement.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Hospitality or related field (preferred).
- Local to Punta de Mita - must be on-site daily
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager in hospitality creative agency or related industries.
- Experience developing and executing social media strategies and tactics across multiple channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Familiarity with hotel operations guest service standards and the luxury travel market.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
