About the role

Were looking for a passionate and proactive HR professional to join our team as a HR Business this role youll collaborate closely with managers and employees to deliver consistent high-quality HR advice and support that drives meaningful outcomes within the Digital division.

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner youll partner alongside to implement key people initiatives support workforce planning and contribute to organisational change. Your expertise will help shape and deliver cyclical People & Culture activities that align with business goals.

This role also plays a vital part in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You will provide responsive employee relations support assist with performance and development processes and help create an environment where people can thrive.

What you will be doing

  • Provide day-to-day HR support including responding to employee and manager queries interpreting policies and acting as a key contact for HR-related matters.
  • Partner with the Senior HR Business Partner to deliver strategic workforce planning organisational change initiatives and HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Support core People & Culture programs such as performance management talent development remuneration reviews and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Assist with employee relations matters and recruitment activities working closely with Talent Acquisition and relevant Centres of Expertise.
  • Prepare reports presentations and data insights to inform people decisions and build trusted relationships with leaders across the division.

What you will bring to the role

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Business or a related field with a wealth of experience in HR advisory or HRBP roles partnering directly with digital business leaders.
  • Strong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle and how HR initiatives contribute to business performance ideally within medium to large organisations.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships influence decisions and apply data-driven insights to workforce planning capability development and organisational change.
  • Skilled in managing change initiatives employee relations and delivering key P&C programs including performance talent remuneration and diversity & inclusion.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems Microsoft Office and people analytics with a high level of professionalism discretion and awareness of risk and cyber risk.

Due to the requirements of this role you must be an Australian citizen with the ability to attain and maintain an appropriate level of national security clearance.
