Your Role
Reporting to the Chief Executive you will:
- Listen support and empower residents and families through lifes challenges.
- Help residents grow explore goals and navigate change.
- Support staff in engaging meaningfully with residents.
- Build connections with local churches Christian organisations and the wider community.
- Participate in events and contribute to communications and reporting.
About You
- Formal qualifications in chaplaincy/pastoral care (or working towards).
- 2 years experience in pastoral care; aged care/community experience highly valued.
- Strong communicator with excellent listening skills.
- Embody our values: Excellence Respect Compassion Integrity Stewardship.
- Current drivers license and valid police check.
