CPQ Resale Support Specialist

What success looks like in this role:

• Support the end-to-end CPQ process for Unisys hardware and software resale opportunities.
• Partner with Sales teams to gather requirements and generate accurate timely quotes.
• Ensure compliance with pricing margin and approval guidelines within the CPQ system.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the sales process including quote creation and purchase order (PO) processing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and streamline quoting processes.
• Provide support for documentation revisions and updates to quotes as needed.
• Continuously look for ways to optimize efficiency within the CPQ process.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Experience with CPQ tools and quoting processes.
• Knowledge of sales operations quoting and purchase order lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Outlook etc.).
• Experience supporting hardware and software sales particularly in a services or solutions environment.
• Familiarity with Cloud Applications & Infrastructure along with Digital Workplace Solutions offerings.
• Prior experience working in a global or cross-functional team.
