Job Summary
Description of the role:
University Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team in Barton Hills MI. The Home Health Aide will provide personal care and health-related services to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing and grooming
- Monitor and record patient health information
- Assist with medication reminders
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Two forms of valid ids
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move patients
- Reliable transportation
