Qualifications
- To be the driving role for agency recruitment by planning and executing agency recruitment initiatives and events.
- To be the major supporting role in planning and executing strategic initiatives for GBA projects.
- Support to track analyse and to derive and prepare reports for formulating agency recruitment strategies range from agency key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance dashboard of various recruitment activities
- Develop and implement agency recruitment programs to target different segments including but not limited to incentive programs student internship programs career presentation seminars roadshows and campus recruit.
- Vendors management on recruitment events and programs regarding cost control quality and logistics support
- Responsible for the selection process performance review of the candidates under the Champion Hubb Program.
- Work closely with finance department in determining the internal budgetary allocation of incentive and initiatives are in scope
- Develop tools career seminar and marketing aids for recruitment
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Agency leaders Agency Management Compliance and Training teams in approving and establishing recruitment policies procedures and best practices
- Coordinate with external associations for recruitment projects
Qualifications
- Degree holder preferably major in Business Management / Marketing / Finance / Economics / related field
- Fluent in Mandarin Strong written English and Chinese esp. copy writing skills
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in agency recruitment
- Strong business acumen and solid agency experiences
- Qualifications in NLP / DISC / MBTI / Enneagram / Coaching is an added advantage
- Good people management problem solving time management and organizing skills
- Strong relationship building negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- An enthusiastic and excellent team player who would pursue for excellence
