Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Unit Manager Therapeutic Dermatology to lead Galdermas therapeutic dermatology business in Hong Kong. This is a senior commercial leadership role with full accountability for P&L sales marketing and business development.

You will define and execute the local commercial strategy strengthen market leadership and position Galdermas integrated dermatology platform as a key growth driver. Success in this role requires strong people leadership cross-functional collaboration and the ability to build trusted partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem including public sector stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall commercial strategy for Therapeutic Dermatology in Hong Kong
  • Own full P&L responsibility and deliver sustainable revenue and profit growth
  • Drive sales marketing and channel strategies aligned with corporate objectives
  • Oversee product launches brand performance and lifecycle management
  • Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and internal governance standards
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals institutions and public sector stakeholders
  • Lead coach and develop a team of 12 direct reports
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve execution efficiency and patient access

Skills & Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in pharmaceuticals healthcare or dermatology
  • Proven track record in senior commercial leadership with P&L ownership
  • Strong expertise in sales marketing and business development
  • Experience working within complex matrix or regional organisations
  • Ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems and regulatory environments
  • Masters degree or above in Life Sciences Business or Healthcare Management

Experience in Biologics or specialty care is a strong advantage.
