Responsible for release works orders from Master Production Schedule to various productions to ensure product availability in line with customer orders andWorks with Production team to ensure that departmental goals are achieved.

How Youll Help Us Connect the World:

  • Release works orders from Master Production Schedule to various productions to ensure product availability in line with customer orders.
  • Creates schedules for production areas (master production schedule) and suppliers (MRP call-off purchase orders) to match actual customer demand ensuring that material and production resources are effectively used.
  • Provides immediate feedback and resolve any delay or shortage directly with vendor well in time to avoid any production losses.
  • Will need to be able to handle multiple responsibilities at one time and must be able to deal effectively with people using a facilitative approach.
  • Works with Production team to ensure that departmental goals are achieved.
  • Generates reports pertaining to forecasts inventory trends. May be asked to disseminate and/or present these reports to team members.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Degree or Diploma in related curriculum such as Engineering.
  • Preferably 2 years of related experience.
  • Should have the skill and knowledge of manufacturing/production operations with proven track record to function in a leadership role.
  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must have proficiency in SAP as it relates to planning of material and supervise production schedule.
  • Good Knowledge of MS Excel and Word
