Job Summary

Job Description:

Plan organize and manage daily production operations as per targets and schedules.
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower machinery and materials.
Monitor production output quality standards and process efficiency.
Coordinate closely with MD for production status challenges and improvement plans.
Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly production reports MIS and KPIs.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
Ensure adherence to safety norms quality standards and company policies.
Coordinate with purchase stores quality and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
Handle breakdowns bottlenecks and production issues proactively.
Support new product development and process standardization.
