HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
- Payroll Management: manage payroll process in SAPencompassing salary calculations deductions and disbursements ensuring timely and curate payments in accordance with our internal service level agreements while also offering backup support to payroll team members in other markets as required
- Compliance:ensure adherence to employment ordinances tax regulations and internal policies while assisting with internal and external audits to maintain accurate documentation
- Reporting:generate statutory reports such as tax filings insurance and medical scheme reports along with preparing internal headcount reports and any necessary ad hoc reports
- System Management and Integration: support on Workday integration with SAP ensuring data integrity and that system setups are current and accurate
- Contributing to HR Initiatives: collaborate closely with team members and HRBPs to address employee inquiries regarding payroll and tax also enhance employee experience by implementation of automation and digital solutions
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US
- A degree in any discipline preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administrati
- At least 3 years of experience with payroll service providers or in sizable companies managing payroll for over 1000 employees in a high-volume transaction environment
- Familiarity with Hong Kong payroll tax regulations and employment ordinances; knowledge of Taiwan payroll is a plus
- A detail-oriented approach and high level of responsibility to thrive under pressure
- Self-motivated and customer-focused with a strong growth mindset and learning agility
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork
- High proficiency in spoken and written English Mandarin and Cantonese to engage with our diverse workforce
- Familiar with PC applications including Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate availability is preferred for a swift integration into our team
