Responsibilities:
Workforce Planning & Optimization
- Develop and implement resource allocation strategies to maximize utilization and efficiency.
- Continuously refine workforce management processes including governance tracking and performance dashboards.
- Partner with leadership to align resource planning with business priorities and project demands.
Performance Monitoring & Analytics
- Analyze operational data to identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Design and enhance dashboards and reports leveraging tools such as Power BI to visualize resource utilization and project performance.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with governance standards.
Project Management System Administration
- Manage and optimize the Project Management System and related tools.
- Generate utilization reports and conduct scenario-based analysis for resource planning.
- Collaborate with platform teams to implement system enhancements based on user feedback.
Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
- Support governance activities including project reporting and compliance reviews.
- Facilitate regular alignment meetings with Business leaders and key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across resource management processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Data Analytics or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within large-scale or complex organizations (less experience will be also considered)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables formulas macros) and PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau) is preferred
- Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages is an advantage
- Knowledge of IT project lifecycle and resource planning methodologies preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of influencing senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
