Responsibilities:

Workforce Planning & Optimization

  • Develop and implement resource allocation strategies to maximize utilization and efficiency.
  • Continuously refine workforce management processes including governance tracking and performance dashboards.
  • Partner with leadership to align resource planning with business priorities and project demands.

Performance Monitoring & Analytics

  • Analyze operational data to identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Design and enhance dashboards and reports leveraging tools such as Power BI to visualize resource utilization and project performance.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with governance standards.

Project Management System Administration

  • Manage and optimize the Project Management System and related tools.
  • Generate utilization reports and conduct scenario-based analysis for resource planning.
  • Collaborate with platform teams to implement system enhancements based on user feedback.

Governance & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support governance activities including project reporting and compliance reviews.
  • Facilitate regular alignment meetings with Business leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across resource management processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Data Analytics or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within large-scale or complex organizations (less experience will be also considered)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables formulas macros) and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau) is preferred
  • Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages is an advantage
  • Knowledge of IT project lifecycle and resource planning methodologies preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of influencing senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
