Compensation:
- Commensurate with experience starting at $105000.00 / year and a generous bonus plan
How you will make an impact
- Achieve community and departmental goals in finance satisfaction and engagement through effective systems processes and controls
- Oversee Transportation Security Project Management Maintenance & Engineering Communications Housekeeping and Grounds
- Respond to emergencies and serve as acting Director of Facilities Operations when needed
- Support budget planning and manage departmental operating and capital performance
- Approve asset and service purchases in compliance with company policies
- Ensure completion and documentation of all required manager training
What you will need
- Minimum of 5 years of business experience in General Services / Facilities Operations required.
- Ability to initiate and implement necessary plans to assure proper maintenance of facilities
- Experience with CMMS is preferred.
- Valid drivers license and Record of Road Test (provided by Transportation) is required if operating Community vehicles and must adhere to policies and procedures of Erickson Senior Living Management.
- Minimum 10 Hour OSHA training required within 1 year of hire.
