POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations Project Manager will lead operations across multiple projects in the New York Metro area ensuring successful execution client satisfaction and long-term business growth. This role requires a strategic leader who can oversee site supervisors manage project timelines drive business development and foster strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will balance operational excellence with business growth ensuring safety compliance and team accountability while representing the company professionally in the field.

OBJECTIVES
- Oversee and manage multiple projects and PMs in the NY Metro area ensuring timelines budgets and quality standards are met.
- Provide leadership and direction to supervisors and assistant staff (8 direct reports).
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety compliance and performance.
- Serve as the primary client-facing representative building and maintaining strong business relationships.
- Participate in estimating bidding and securing new business opportunities.
- Attend networking events and canvass local markets to identify growth opportunities.
- Support recruitment onboarding and development of project teams.
- Manage payroll inquiries vehicle maintenance accountability and equipment readiness.
- Ensure all incidents injuries and safety concerns are reported and documented accurately.
- Collaborate with leadership to streamline operations and reduce the need for executive field intervention.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- 45 years of management experience leading multiple teams and projects.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required.
- Valid drivers license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and general technology tools.
- Industry experience in construction operations or project management - highly preferred.
- Ability to travel regularly within the NY Metro area (and occasionally NJ).
- Availability to work standard MF schedule with flexibility for site visits on-call needs or weekend responsibilities when required.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $110000-$130000 base salary bonus
- 10 PTO days
- 8 company observed holidays
- Sick pay

- Remote with onsite travel

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Travel locally to meet with clients
