ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
What Will You Be Doing
Nationwide Power is searching for a talented individual to join our incredible accounting team. Youll need strong clerical skills to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable duties with precision. Our new accounting specialist will be responsible for reconciling and posting payments credit card submission maintaining vendor relations collections and invoicing.
Skills Required to Succeed:
- Deliver exceptional service to customers and team members while managing the full invoicing and accounting process with accuracy and care.
- Responsibilities include processing invoices and payments handling accounts receivable and payable maintaining tax compliance and supporting collections and reconciliations.
- This role also oversees customer portals expense reports and monthly statements ensuring timely error-free output and adherence to company policies.
- The right candidate is detail-oriented organized and skilled in communication problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Were Looking For Someone Who Has:
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum oftwo years experiencein an accounting environment with proven expertise inaccounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite(Excel and Word) and Internet navigation required.
- Experience withMieTrak accounting softwareandCRM systemspreferred.
- Basic knowledge ofUPS and battery makes/modelsand general troubleshooting procedures preferred.
- Strong attention to detail time management and commitment to continuous improvement.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this Job the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 25 pounds. Hours
Monday-Thursday 7:00AM - 3:30PM /Friday 6:00AM - 1:00PM
Compensation:$23-25/hr
