The OPC Specialist (Sales & Marketing Representative) offers a  High Earning Potential of  $60K - 80K  Starting Pay: Minimum Wage vs. Commission ($500$1500 per week).

What Youll Do

• Approach and engage guests to attend a 90-minute resort preview presentation.
• Persuade and qualify families using incentives like attraction tickets resort stays and cash gifts.
• Handle POS transactions accurately balance cash and credit card sales daily.
• Maintain a clean organized and professional appearance at all times.
• Stay current on promotions and ticket pricing.
• Travel opportunities to off-site events conventions and high-traffic venues.

Qualifications :

What Youll Bring

• High-energy confident personality and you love meeting people and closing deals.
• Passion for sales customer interaction and competition.
• Ability to work flexible schedules (days nights weekends holidays).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors or indoors.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Previous OPC or sales experience is a plus but not required. Well train you to succeed!
