Your role at St John of God Health Care
You will be responsible for developing maintaining supporting and managing SJGHCs desktop / Mobile Standard Operating Environment (SOE) ensuring optimal performance security and user satisfaction.
The Position
- Manage maintain and operate the M365 environment.
- SOE Creation Maintenance and Deployment including Windows and Security Updates.
- Device asset life-cycle management processes for endpoint/digital workplace devices including mobile devices and peripherals.
- Delivering against IT processes including Incident Request Change Problem and Knowledge Management.
- Experience creating and developing As-built documentation
- Producing required reporting and metrics.
- Responsible for the development of processes documentation and knowledge management for End-Point Computing.
- Endpoint Management Solutions (SCCM SOE Intune Autopilot)
- Microsoft Intune device and configuration management
- M365 Suite apps Office Teams OneDrive
- Good Understanding of Microsoft O365 and Cloud Infrastructure
- Essential 8 methodology and implementation
- Advanced Security baseline defining and implementation
- Advanced Domain patching and compliance
- Advanced Group Policy Management
- Advanced Application Packaging skills including version and security controls
- Application portfolio and licensing management skills
- Advanced PowerShell management
- VDI environments
- MDM management
- Anti-virus software management and application and device whitelisting
- Project engagement and support
- Continual improvement within the Modern Workplace environment
- Leading and conducting training sessions as required by Manager / Supervisor.
You will have experience in 3rd Level Desktop/Endpoint support to an Enterprise Environment along with experience in the M365 stack Intune Azure AD SharePoint Teams and Exchange Online. Additionally you will have experience and knowledge with SCCM and MECM Infrastructure SOE Creation Maintenance and Deployment including Windows and Security Updates.
To succeed you will possess a tertiary qualification in Information Systems or hold equivalent systems/information industry experience.
It is highly regarded if you have healthcare industry experience and Microsoft and ITIL certifications.
