Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Drive and manage agent sales for High Speed Rail (HSR) and Airport Express Line (AEL) to achieve sales targets
- Identify new agents and/or business partners in Hong Kong / Chinese Mainland/ Overseas to extend sales source
- Develop sales promotions and partnership initiatives for HSR and AEL with agents and potential business partners
- Develop and execute Rail Air intermodal collaboration strategies with industry partners to strengthen railway preference for intermodal customers
- Oversee ticketing system enhancement and transformation projects to enhance customer experience and sales
- Formulate effective e-commerce growth strategies to identify and capture new customer source or business opportunities on different online travel platforms
- Develop and implement inbound sales strategies by establishing and maintaining close network with overseas sales agent airlines and related trade players
- Set sales target for key travel agents and diligently track their performance
- Compile sales reports analyse results and recommend sales strategies for management.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration / Tourism / Marketing or a related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience preferably in travel hospitality or passenger transport industry
- Self-motivated with good analytical and negotiation skills and sound business acumen to drive revenue
- Fluency in both spoken Cantonese and Mandarin as well as good command of written Chinese (Traditional and Simplified)
- Holder of a valid travel document for Chinese Mainland is an advantage
