We are looking for Project Coordinator/ Project Executive (at the rank of Senior Research Assistant/ Research Assistant I)in the School of Public Health(Ref no.: 533368) to commence as soon as possible on a one-year temporary basis or two-year fixed-term basis with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
The Role
The appointee will provide support to Program Directors to organize and maintain accreditation-related documents reports and records assist in facilitating communication between various stakeholders involved in the accreditation process and perform day-to-day administrative duties and other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Qualities
- possess a Bachelors degree or above preferably in social sciences communications business or related disciplines with at least 3 years work experience;
- a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good number skills and IT proficiency (e.g. MS Office and database);
- self-motivation with strong interpersonal communication and organization skills;
- able to prioritise and multi-task efficiently to meet tight deadlines;
- attentive to details self-motivated responsible and able to work independently as well as in a team;
Those with less experience may be appointed as Project Executive. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
