Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer to help find candidates for various roles. Your primary focus will be sourcing profiles and collecting contact details.
What Youll Do:
- Follow the job description and sourcing criteria provided for each role.
- Source candidates on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Collect and enter candidate details into a spreadsheet (name LinkedIn location email/phone if available).
Our Expectations:
- 5 hours per week to start.
- 30 profiles per hour.
- Spreadsheet and sourcing templates will be provided.
Requirements
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing/recruiting.
- Need to have existing access to LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other sourcing tools.
- Strong internet research and Boolean search skills.
- Detail-oriented consistent with data entry and able to meet deadlines.
- Clear communication and responsiveness.
