Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Resourcer to join our this role youll source engage and nurture high-quality candidates across our specialist portfolios while helping build strong talent pipelines for our consultants. Youll deliver qualified shortlists ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from first contact to placement and use proactive sourcing strategies and digital tools to support fast-moving recruitment activity. Youll also handle incoming calls professionally manage shared inbox queries and format resumes to the required standard helping keep our operations efficient responsive and well-organised.

What Youll Do

Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter JobAdder Seek Talent referrals networking and social platforms.
  • Build maintain and nurture talent pools across HR Talent Safety Finance Business Support and Operations.
  • Conduct capability reviews to identify high-potential candidates for current and future roles.
  • Post job advertisements and support content sharing across platforms in alignment with Moves
  • brand guidelines.
Candidate Screening & Assessment
  • Conduct phone screens capability assessments and behavioural interviews.
  • Prepare detailed candidate summaries aligned to job briefs.
  • Provide interview preparation and ongoing communication to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Conduct reference checks where required to support consultants.
Shortlist Delivery
  • Deliver qualified job-ready shortlists to Senior Consultants and the Managing Director.
  • Collaborate with consultants to clarify requirements refine search strategies and align expectations.
  • Ensure consistent timely delivery in line with quality standards.
Market Mapping & Research
  • Monitor market trends talent movements and industry benchmarks.
  • Provide insights to consultants to support client conversations and strategic workforce advice.
Candidate Experience & Relationship Management
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout their job search.
  • Build trust-based long-term relationships that reflect the teams values and service approach.
  • Support candidates through processes transitions and onboarding where required.
  • Conduct regular candidate care touchpoints and after-placement check-ins.
Systems Compliance & Data Integrity
  • Maintain accurate compliant and up-to-date records in JobAdder.
  • Ensure all data handling aligns with privacy legislation and internal procedures.
  • Support process consistency across all resourcing and delivery workflows.
  • Demonstrate proficiency across systems including JobAdder LinkedIn Recruiter Microsoft Office and internal templates.
Administrative & Support Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls warmly and professionally as a polished first point of contact for candidates and clients.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and respond promptly to enquiries applications and consultant requests.
  • Format all resumes to required internal standards ensuring accuracy consistency and strong candidate presentation.
  • Support basic brand promotion activities such as posting jobs sharing content and engaging with candidate communities on social platforms.


Requirements

What You Bring
Were looking for someone with:
  • Bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field (desirable).
  • Experience in recruitment resourcing or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
  • Exposure to corporate support HR safety or finance recruitment (desirable but not essential).
  • Experience with ATS platforms (JobAdder preferred).
  • Strong sourcing capability including Boolean search and digital talent identification.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong assessment capability and understanding of behavioural interviewing.
  • Understanding of recruitment compliance data integrity and privacy obligations.
  • Strong phone etiquette and confidence handling incoming calls.
  • Advanced resume formatting and document preparation skills aligned to required internal standards.
  • Demonstrate professionalism responsiveness and consistency in answering phones.
  • Ensure all resumes are formatted accurately and meet required presentation standards.
  • High level of responsiveness organisation and ability to work with urgency.
  • Capability to support social media posting and job advertisement creation.
