Location: Remote Part-time AU Schedule
Experience Level: Mid-Level (3 years)
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This remote role is ideal for a professional with a proven track record in recruiting and talent sourcing who is passionate about identifying and attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including client calibration job postings sourcing screening interviewing client endorsement and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including social media job boards networking and referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct candidate assessments and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment talent acquisition or related HR functions.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment preferably in a remote or distributed environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Zoho Recruit LinkedIn Recruit etc...
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Amenable to work at an early schedule to accommodate the Australian clients
