The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the SAP Human Capital team you are responsible for supporting SuccessFactors Talent Management Modules including Succession Planning Performance Management and Goals Management. As a Manager you lead teams and manage client accounts focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for maintaining project success and upholding rigorous standards while leveraging team strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

Responsibilities
- Supporting SuccessFactors Talent Management Modules including Succession Planning Performance Management and Goals Management
- Leading teams and managing client accounts
- Strategizing and mentoring junior staff for development
- Maintaining elevated standards and project success
- Leveraging team strengths to achieve client goals
- Supervising and coaching team members
- Implementing firm methodologies and technology resources
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management Succession CDP preferred
- SAP SuccessFactors ONB 1.0 & ONB2.0 preferred
- Advanced relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Project Lead experience
- Advanced process knowledge and solutioning skills
- Experience in client-facing roles
- Proficiency in integration between SuccessFactors modules
- Advanced consulting skills with ability to drive client requirements
