Job Summary

Purpose Of The Job:
Our client is seeking a qualified Ford Technician or preferably Master Technician to join their dynamic service team. The ideal candidate will have solid technical experience within the Ford brand and a proven ability to diagnose repair and maintain vehicles to manufacturer standards. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in electrical systems.

- Perform diagnostics repairs and maintenance on Ford vehicles according to manufacturer standards
- Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently and accurately
- Ensure all work is completed within specified timeframes and to dealership quality standards
- Carry out vehicle inspections and provide accurate service reports
- Work collaboratively with service advisors and workshop staff to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment following all safety and compliance regulations
- Keep up to date with Ford technical bulletins training and product updates
- 4-5 years related experience in Automotive industry in the role of qualified Ford technician or master technician
- Qualified Motor Technician (Ford certification preferred)
- Master Technician qualification will be a distinct advantage
- Strong diagnostic and electrical systems knowledge a distinct advantage
- Excellent problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable professional and committed to high-quality workmanship
