Commercial Planning Analyst

LOCATION: Calgary AB - Canada

DEPARTMENT:Planning

Role

Tenaris is looking for a Commercial Planning Analyst (internal Title: Marketing Analyst) to join our Planning team in our Calgary Downtown Office.

Responsibilities:

Analyze the Canadian Oil & Gas market dynamics customer trends and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities for Tenaris.
Monitor imports trading trends pricing movements and market share evolution providing actionable insights to management.
Assist in the preparation and consolidation of the commercial budget and sales forecast; track performance vs forecast and explain key deviations.
Prepare periodic market reports dashboards and presentations to support commercial strategy discussions.
Work closely with the commercial and technical sales teams to align market insights.
Contribute to enhancing analytical tools databases and methodologies for more efficient reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

2 years of experience
Bachelors degree in Commerce Finance Science or Engineering
Experience in oil and gas or manufacturing industry preferred but not limited to
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Exposure to Power BI
