Description

As the Commercial Sales Support student you will support the Life Tech Sales Support Canada team by engaging customers through proactive outbound outreach promoting digital payment solutions and providing excellent customer service. This role offers hands-on experience in commercial sales support customer engagement data analysis and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.

Day to day

  • Conduct proactive outbound phone calls to existing customers to introduce and offer current digital payment solutions

  • Explain and promote the benefits of digital payment solutions including efficiency convenience and improved customer experience

  • Address customer inquiries concerns and objections in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service while representing the companys brand and values

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions outcomes and transactions in internal systems

  • Generate reports and insights by analyzing customer data outreach results and engagement trends

  • Collaborate with sales support and cross-functional team members to identify opportunities and improve outreach strategies

  • Support additional administrative and sales support tasks as required

Essentials:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (college or university) preferably in Business Commerce Marketing Finance or a related field or a recent graduate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers confidently
  • Comfortable making outbound phone calls and speaking with customers in a professional environment
  • Professional courteous and customer-focused demeanor
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and basic data management or reporting
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a structured environment
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset

Extras:

  • Ability to work from home remotely/independently and in a virtual team environment as well as in-office. This position is a hybrid position which may require the student to come into office as required.
  • Please note this is a full-time opportunity until end of August 2026.
