Purpose Unlimiteds businesses include Purpose Investments Advisor Solutions by Purpose and Description We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity loves blank-page challenges and is energized by building things that dont exist yet. This role will drive our innovation around connecting client-level portfolio construction with financial planning elements personalizing portfolio holdings to each client based on their unique situation and goals. Internally we label this Model Portfolios 2.0. Youll work at the intersection of wealth management asset management financial planning technology / AIinnovating to deliver better ultimate outcomes for : Own the entire product strategy & roadmap for Model Portfolios 2.0 this linkage between financial planning and portfolio understand the needs and perspectives of investment advisors financial planners (CFPs) investors (clients) and portfolio managers through interviews journey mapping and other forms of direct and indirect clear requirements (product briefs backlog) for tools to gather the needed datapoints translate them into an optimal portfolio allocation and communicate that back to the advisor and/or investor in a way that promotes comprehension through powerful visualizations Lead delivery with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality features on data/AI to design and ship AI-assisted workflows (e.g. summaries recommendations next-best-actions) including defining evaluation criteria guardrails and feedback 1Measure impact and adoption using product metrics (usage financial outcomes advisor satisfaction client satisfaction).Align and communicate with stakeholders across Portfolio Management Compliance Marketing Operations and others on priorities and : 4 years of experience in Product Management ideally in WealthTech or working in or around portfolio construction/management financial planning and wealth or asset track record of owning a product/area end-to-end: discovery definition delivery and experience taking ideas from early concept to MVP or full to design and run experiments that validate product communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical analytical mindset: able to define metrics and make data-informed decisions.A big plus if you have experience working on or with AI-powered features (e.g. LLM-based copilots recommendations or intelligent alerts) including some exposure to evaluation (offline metrics user feedback) and model/feature should you join usWe are one of Canadas Top Small & Medium Employers 2023 & believe in innovation and a vibrant culture- work for an innovative people-first financial services firm that values believe in a flexible work structure A flexible hybrid work model that empowers you to do your best work whether at home or the care about your rewards- Competitive compensation including equity care about your health comprehensive group health and dental benefits and life insurance at little to no cost to you.
