The role of Receptionist and Office Support is a crucial role in creating a positive and efficient work environment. Acting as first point of contact for visitors clients and employees responsibilities will encompass a range of administrative and organisational tasks designed to assist in the day to day running of the corporate head office.
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to
- Management of Reception area and answering and directing incoming calls
- Greeting visitors clients and employees in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintenance of kitchen legal storeroom stationery room & general office areas
- Bank administration support such as managing user access to banking platforms and handling bank correspondence
- Managing Vendors and reporting maintenance issues
- Management of meeting room calendars and room management mail distribution and booking couriers and organising post
- Admin support such as scanning and photocopying ordering stationery supplies ordering groceries organising catering travel and accommodation bookings.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate level computer skills in Word Excel and Outlook
- A passion for great customer this role you will be the first point of contact via telephone and face to face.
- Some previous administrative experience a bonus but not necessary but an enthusiasm to learn is a must.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised and able to manage time and prioritise tasks.
- The ability to work in a team environment and autonomously as required.
- Good accuracy and attention to detail
- Act with sensitivity confidentiality courtesy and discretion with all clients and staff
