Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
- Manages the delivery and implementation of services within planned timelines budget margins SLAs KPIs OKRs and quality specifications.
- Leads and/or supports the implementation of incident management and business process redesign.
- Creates appropriate opportunities for mentoring feedback training and development to help team members reach their full potential.
- Use a collaborative work style that emphasizes teamwork.
- Proactively monitor analyze and troubleshoot issues in Unisys ClearPath environments.
- Builds and maintains good relationships with customers.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Location: Preferably based in Mexico City (CDMX) Monterrey or Guadalajara; required to work in the client office 3 times a week (hybrid work model).
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish and a High level of English required. The position will involve regular communication with specialists within our company and external vendors.
Studies: Related engineering degree completed.
Proven experience of at least 6 years on the Unisys ClearPath platform.
Knowledge of project management methodologies.
Management of work teams.
