Work Hours (Client) : 8:00am - 5:00pm PST with a 1 hour break between 12:00pm - 2:00pm PST

Duties and Responsibilities:
Were looking for a highly skilled Amazon Operations Specialist to serve as a strategic right-hand to the business founder and owner. This role is ideal for someone with deep Amazon wholesale and brand management experience who thrives in a dynamic fast-growing environment. Youll play a key role in optimizing operations improving processes and driving the business and team toward greater efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Amazon operations to include order processing (FBM) as well as listing and inventory management (FBA & FBM).
- Manage Seller Central activities including account health reimbursements (FBA & FBM) A-to-Z claims Voice of the Customer recent feedback and overall Amazon Seller compliance.
- Maintain optimized and accurate product listings using flat files and ensure alignment with brand requirements and guidelines.
- Monitor performance metrics profitability repricing software and pricing forecasts to guide business decisions focused on growth.
- Assist with preparing and managing wholesale orders provide support coordinating with suppliers prep centers and third party vendors to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Manage Amazon customer messages (FBM) and ensure a professional brand tone across all communications.
- Create eBay listings to maximize profits for returned or inactive Amazon inventory
Process & Project Management
- Partner closely with the founder to document SOPs and streamline workflows.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee internal projects track deliverables and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide direction to support staff or freelancers as needed and assist in recruiting and onboarding new hires.
- Coordinate initiatives related to brand growth PPC campaigns and creative asset management.
Vendor & Brand Management
- Assist with developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers vendors and brand partners.
- Help with managing brand documentation including Letters of Authorization and vendor agreements.
- Support new product launches and brand expansion efforts.
- Assist with PowerPoint decks and supporting documentation for brand reviews.
Financial Operations & Reporting
- Support bookkeeping activities and maintain financial accuracy through bookkeeping software.
- Track P&L COGS and cash flow ensuring up-to-date records and accurate profitability analysis.
- Collaborate with external bookkeepers or accountants to reconcile reports.
- Contribute to pricing strategies and margin optimization.
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills
Education: Bachelors Degree (ideally)
Experience: 5 years of continuous experience
Industry: Amazon Wholesale and Arbitrage
- 5 years of hands-on Amazon experience specifically in wholesale and brand management
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central account health listing management inventory management and P&L management
- Exposure in financial analysis bookkeeping fundamentals and P&L management preferred but not required
- Proven ability to take initiative solve problems and strong critical-thinking abilities
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Strong understanding of vendor relationships and handling procurement processes
- Project management experience and with the ability to implement operational improvements within a team environment is required
- Comfortable working remotely with availability during Pacific Time business hours
