The Role: Digital Sales & Marketing Specialist
Gone are the days when SDRs just made calls. Today were looking for a tech-savvy digitally minded professional who thrives at the intersection of sales and marketing. Youll leverage AI smart outreach strategies and data-driven insights to nurture leads optimize engagement and book qualified meetings at the perfect moment.
What Youll Do:
- Lead Nurturing & Outreach: Use AI tools marketing automation LinkedIn email and events to create personalized and engaging cadences that warm up prospects.
- Smart Qualification: Identify opportunities using curiosity empathy and SPICED principles to ensure prospects are ready for meaningful conversations with our Account Executives.
- Pipeline Generation: Build and maintain a healthy high-quality pipeline using insights analytics and digital tools.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with Marketing to refine messaging campaign flows and handoffs ensuring a seamless experience for prospects.
- CRM & Analytics: Maintain accurate data in Salesforce track engagement and use insights to optimize processes.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on sales AI tools marketing automation and industry trends. Bring curiosity experimentation and creativity to modern sales.
RequirementsWho You Are:
- Curious proactive and eager to learn no extensive experience required.
- Tech-savvy: excited by AI automation and smart sales tools.
- A thinker and doer: enjoys building smart processes and experimenting with new approaches.
- Strong communicator able to write compelling messages and engage prospects in conversation.
- Organized analytical and data-driven: you love measuring impact and optimizing results.
- Youre not afraid to call or have in-person conversations. You speak your languages (Flemish English French is a plus)
