About the role
Accountable for Market Logistics in Belgium and Luxembourg. Coordinates material movement between LSPs and customersacross different distribution channels ensures efficient operations compliance and superior customer experience within budget. Drives process improvement builds strategic relationships and supports market transformation.
This is an individual contributorrolethere are no direct reports.
Main responsibilities
Scheduleprocure store and deliver products and samplesoptimizingdistribution channels.
Manage LSPs and freight partners to meet business needs.
Ensure regulatory compliance (GDP GMP FMD/Serialisation trade EH&S BCP DG Controlled Global Security)tomaintainthe quality and integrity of the distribution supply chain.
Oversee inventory prevent stockouts conduct audits and manage write-offs.
Use digital systems (SAP4H WMS IBP SHARK/PfISHSupplyIQ) and analytics/AI for automation and cost reduction.
Apply Operational Excellence (IMEx)toolsfor process and cost improvements.
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction resolve issues and gather feedback.
Manage costs and budgets implement cost-saving projects.
Lead sustainability initiatives and track metrics.
Collaborate with sales/marketing for customer strategies.
Deliver projects on time (capabilities launches mergers).
Support the Market Lead in transformation efforts.
About you
BS/BA in Supply Chain Logistics Industrial Engineering or similar.
5 years experience in Supply Chain & Logistics preferably LSP/Freight management.
LSP management / oversight experience is
Pharma industry experience is.
Cross-functional project leadership.
Business acumen.
Operational Excellence experience.
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication presentation and stakeholder management.
Data analysis and solution-oriented recommendations.
Detail-oriented organized and problem-solving.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in SAP and digital dashboards (Tableau BI IQVIA)
