Regional Sales Manager Compressors & Air Tools
Location: Remote (North America)
Salary: $150000 base commissions

Regional Sales Manager / National Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager required to join an innovative manufacturer of compressors and air tools.

This business is a recognized leader in the compressed air sector with a broad product portfolio covering oil-free ultra-quiet portable and industrial compressor technologies as well as a professional range of air tools. Known for its focus on efficiency and reliability the company continues to deliver consistent growth and is expanding into new sectors including dental medical food & beverage construction and wider industrial markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished sales professional with compressor industry expertise to drive growth build new partnerships and lead strategic sales initiatives across North America.

Regional Sales Manager / National Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager

Compensation:

  • Base salary circa $150000 annually plus bonus potential
  • 401k
  • Remote working option with travel across North America

Regional Sales Manager / National Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across new and existing industry segments.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying developing and securing channel partnerships and customer opportunities.
  • Lead strategic sales discussions with major customers and key accounts.
  • Benchmark against competitors to refine sales strategies and maintain market leadership.
  • Oversee and mentor sales teams to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales strategies with business growth objectives.

Regional Sales Manager / National Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Regional Sales Manager / National Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager in the compressor or related air systems industry.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience within compressors air tools or rotating equipment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering sales growth strategies in new and existing markets.
  • Strong negotiation relationship-building and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance high-level partnerships with hands-on sales execution.
  • Flexibility to travel across North America as required.
