The Role
The RFP Account Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the growth and success of Experience Advisors by overseeing the Request for Proposal (RFP) process. This role involves coordinating the development of high-quality proposal responses managing timelines and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compelling submissions. The ideal candidate is organized detailoriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Leveraging AI-driven tools the Coordinator will streamline data gathering content generation and analytics to produce competitive and compelling proposals.
Key Responsibilities
RFP Management: - Oversee and manage the end-to-end RFP response process. - Analyze RFP requirements and develop detailed response plans and timelines. - Ensure all submissions meet client specifications deadlines and quality standards. - Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks such as document formatting template - creation and content standardization. Collaboration & Communication: - Coordinate with subject matter experts sales marketing and leadership teams to gather content and insights. - Communicate project expectations updates and deadlines to all stakeholders. - Facilitate meetings to review RFP progress and align on strategy. Content Development: - Draft edit and proofread proposal content for clarity consistency and alignment with brand voice. - Customize proposals to address client needs and demonstrate value. Document Management: - Maintain an organized library of proposal templates case studies and boilerplate content. - Ensure version control and track changes throughout the proposal development process. Quality Assurance: - Conduct final reviews to ensure compliance accuracy and professionalism. - Identify and implement continuous improvements in the RFP process. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in proposal management sales support or account coordination. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work well under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management tools. Experience in consulting professional services or a similar industry is a plus Proficiency in proposal management software nice to have (e.g. Loopio RFPIO)Required Experience:
