Job Summary

  • Resolve Support tickets from clients / resellers across the region on BCDR.
  • Prepare Monthly Preventive Maintenance & Health check of all the Servers and prepare Reports.
  • Monitor alerts notifications and support tickets and resolve issues.
  • Understand client requirements for High Availability (HA) & Disaster Recovery (DR).
  • Achieve successful Demo/ POC and client satisfaction with Customers and resellers.
  • Post sales site visit pre-requisite implementation project completion documentation and training.
  • Candidates who are passionate on knowledge/ learning and ready to explore new opportunities.


  • Possess a Bachelors Degree in Science or Technology related field from an accredited university.
  • IT certifications relevant to cloud computing or BCDR
  • 5-10 years relevant experience in similar role
