Reablement Support Workers (2 posts) 8604 Permanent contract 13.68 to 14.58 per hour (Scale E) 23 and 23.5 hours per week Greyfriars House Great Yarmouth

Working pattern over two weeks including weekends and bank holidays.

We aim to help them regain their previous abilities within 6 weeks following a period of ill health or change in circumstances and our Support Workers (Reablement) are a key part of that.

The vacant post is 23 hours per week working in thedouble up team in the Gorleston Bradwell Burgh Castle Hopton and Fritton areas. You will work a range of mornings(either 7.30am to 2pm or 8am to 2.30pm) and evenings (either 4.30 to 9pm or 5 to 10pm) with the hours averaged out over a two-week rota enabling you to plan in advance to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

You need to be caring empathetic and committed to making a difference to peoples lives with the ability to easily commute to peoples homes in North Norfolk so will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
