Internal Communications and Engagement is a key function within our Corporate Affairs team. Our role is an important one - we help M&G achieve its ambitions by making sure all of our colleagues are crystal clear on what were aiming to achieve together how we want to do it and what their part is in making it happen.
As an Internal Communications business partner youll play a big part in making sure everyone in the teams you support feels informed listened to engaged and inspired.
Youll work closely with our Chief Risk and Compliance Officer and her senior leadership team to understand their business and priorities and create the communications plan that helps them deliver on this. Youll also lead and deliver all communications relating to a key programme within our Risk & Compliance function.
You wont do this alone. Youll report directly into the Head of Internal Communications work closely with the our Internal Communications team and Corporate Affairs function Risk & Compliance leadership team and key stakeholders across our business.
