We believe every member deserves a strong start on their recovery journey. As an Intake Specialist youll be one of the first welcoming faces our members meet. Your role is vital in ensuring they feel supported informed and ready to begin treatment with confidence.
What Youll Do
Guide members through the intake process with care and compassion.
Complete assessments treatment plans and orient members to program expectations.
Explain rights responsibilities and available resources in a clear supportive way.
Partner with our clinical team to ensure a smooth transition into care.
Stay engaged through ongoing training and professional development.
What Were Looking For
Masters degree in Social Work or related field.
4 years of behavioral health experience (intake & treatment planning preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient with MS Office EHR systems and technology.
CPR/First Aid and crisis de-escalation certification.
Must meet standard screenings: background check and TB test.
