The Adult Residential Treatment Center(RTC) provides services for persons ages 18 and older with serious mental illness including individuals with co-occurring substance use disorders or development disabilities. Our teams craft individualized plans for the residents to reach the highest level of recovery possible.
This role has the flexibility to work out of one of our RTC locations in Towson or Frederick MD.
What toexpect.
This is a direct care opportunity toexercise your independent judgementandassess and enroll clients in theappropriate serviceswhen they first enter theAdult efforts will be a part ofensuring a successful transitionfor each client into the program.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Educating clients and families/support systemsaboutavailable services.
- Providinglinkages to outside providersas needed.
- Performingadministrative tasksrelated to internal and external enrollment requirements.

What we need from you.
- Must have either:
- A high school diploma or GED and two years of experience
- A bachelors degree is psychology counseling social work or related field.
- A drivers license with 3 points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
