We are a leading exhibitions firm with a global presence specializing in organizing and managing international trade shows and events. Our company has a strong presence in the Middle East and Africa with our headquarters located in Cairo Egypt.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Cairo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources with a focus on recruitment employee relations and performance management. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that align with our companys goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with the companys objectives
  • - Oversee the recruitment process including job postings interviews and onboarding
  • - Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to managers and employees
  • - Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employee engagement and productivity
  • - Oversee the training and development programs for employees
  • - Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • - Manage the payroll process and benefits administration
  • - Handle any employee relations issues and provide guidance on disciplinary actions
  • - Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes are efficient and effective
  • - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.

Qualifications:

  • - Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
  • - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management preferably in the exhibitions/events industry
  • - Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Proven experience in recruitment employee relations and performance management
  • - Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • - Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
