Core Focus of the Role
The success of this role depends on existing working relationships with:
- Freight forwarders and shipping lines
- Port authorities and customs organizations
- Container owners and container operators
- Inland logistics and transport companies
These relationships must already exist and be actively used to open doors accelerate pilots and close large-scale deals.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Owning and growing revenue across business-to-business and government accounts
- Converting pilot projects into long-term commercial and national contracts
- Leading complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles across logistics ports and trade corridors
- Selling information technology digitization and connected solutions to the logistics sector
- Structuring commercial offers across capital expenditure service-based and long-term engagement models
- Personally representing the company in high-level meetings negotiations and industry events
Qualifications :
Required Experience
- Strong existing network across freight forwarders shipping lines port or customs authorities in Egypt and GCC and African markets
- From 8 -10 years of experience
- Active relationships with container owners and inland logistics companies
- Proven business-to-business and government sales experience
- Demonstrated success selling logistics digitization or information technology solutions
- Experience closing complex enterprise or government deals involving multiple decision makers
Profile We Are Looking For
- Six to ten or more years of professional sales experience
- At least five years in logistics ports customs shipping or infrastructure-related sectors
- Track record of converting pilots into large-scale deployments
- Strong commercial negotiation and deal-structuring skills
- Comfortable operating at senior and executive decision-maker levels

- Confident and professional manner when interacting with internal teams and external partners
- Mobility and flexibility to work across different time zones including weekends as needed
- Willingness and ability to travel during working hours

- Autonomous and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Responsible reliable and self-motivated approach to tasks and deadlines
Language and Mobility
- Excellent professional English is required
- Arabic is strongly preferred
- French or Portuguese is a strong advantage
