We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director for one of our partners operating within a holding structure in the B2B services sector. This strategic leadership role will shape the companys growth journey by combining strong lead generation pricing & revenue management and creative marketing strategy skills.
The Marketing Director will not only lead brand positioning and communication efforts but also design pricing strategies manage agency collaborations and drive data-driven marketing initiatives that directly support business development and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies across the group
- Create and optimize pricing strategies to balance profitability and competitiveness
- Design and execute lead generation processes to deliver high-quality sales leads
- Collaborate closely with sales teams on sales enablement and demand generation projects
- Manage agency relationships and lead creative concept & PR campaign development
- Oversee corporate external and client communications
- Plan creative and impactful events launches and project openings
- Contribute to business development through market analysis and competitive insights
- Drive ROI-oriented marketing through digital campaigns content strategy and data-driven analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Economics or related fields (Masters preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of B2B marketing experience preferably in service industries or multi-brand structures
- Proven experience in pricing strategy and service pricing
- Hands-on experience in lead generation demand generation and sales enablement
- Strong background in agency management creative events and PR campaigns
- Analytical mindset with the ability to contribute to business development
- Demonstrated leadership in managing creative and project teams
- Excellent communication and coordination skills in multi-stakeholder environments
- Advanced English proficiency is a strong plus
