Job Summary

Culture Marketing Plan

 Create an annual Culture Marketing plan and deliver on set targets.

 Realise selected culture marketing initiatives and projects as part of the overall marketing plan.

 Establish and maintain long-term culture platforms in music dance street culture and beyond.

 Negotiate and secure relevant music rights to ensure all created content can be sufficiently utilised via our media business.

 Work closely together with sales communications and brand department.

 

Management of Red Bull Collaborators Structure Agencies and Suppliers

Briefing and management of outside specialists/agencies.

Controlling the realisation of events and other relevant culture marketing activities.

Budget responsibility for selected areas of the national programme.

 

Artist/Dancer Network & Event Program

  Establish a rich network in the fields of culture in general in particular to be aware of new upcoming trends and movements in music dance stand up and street culture.

 Establish a strong portfolio of key artists to work with on various projects and programmes within the World of Red Bull.

 Take care of an optimum usage of the Red Bull product in focused cultured playgrounds in collaboration with SOL program and secure a perfect communication about the brand and the product.

 Drive Can in hand Can in context and product placement with key artists and in defined key areas.

 

Communication

 Co-ordination of activities with On-Premise Sport Student Brand Manager and Communication departments to maximise efficiencies and consumer impact.

 Liaison with international culture department for development of best practice.

 Ensuring our team stays on the cutting edge of marketing innovation.

 

Quality Control and Return on Investment

 Evaluating the results of the respective activities.

 Ensuring a qualitative approach of all opinion leader activities.


Qualifications :

 At least 4 years of previous work experience in music/dance/culture related event marketing environment and creative-based roles in relevant playgrounds 

 Working experience in event management content creation agency and artist management.

 An established network of diverse artist and music industry contacts such as record labels.

 A proven track record of successful innovative projects with KPIs especially in area of music.

 Interested and open to different cultural playgrounds such as music dance arts stand up street culture. 

 Experience in content creation with artists & creators.

 Well connected in different culture scenes and environments good networker.

 Clear understanding of the global & local entertainment music dance and entertainment industry as well as a firm understanding of the youth culture.
