Job Summary

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology Business Administration Accounting Taxation or a related field and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology Business Administration Accounting Taxation or a related field and 7 years of post-bachelors progressive related work experience. Of the required experience must have 3 years of experience with the following: developing and testing performance tuning of large-scale systems built with C# .NET JavaScript frameworks and SQL Server; designing and implementing test automation frameworks like keyword-driven data-driven or BDD using C# Python Java on Selenium JMeter or Playwright; CI/CD utilizing technologies including Azure DevOps Team City Octopus Jenkins Docker or GitHub Actions; Cloud platforms including either Microsoft Azure Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform; monitoring profile diagnostic and code quality tools for Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) and Static Application Security Testing (SAST) Fortify MEND(formerly WhiteSource) GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS) and GitHub Advanced Security for Azure DevOps (GHAzDO).
