Key Responsibilities
- Network Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and implement a comprehensive networking roadmap that standardizes and optimizes infrastructure across acquired companies.
- Drive consolidation of inherited technology platforms balancing speed of integration with operational stability.
- Establish clear standards architectures and governance processes for LAN WAN WLAN SD-WAN and emerging technologies.
- M&A Integration Leadership
- Lead the technical integration of newly acquired companies network environments into a cohesive enterprise design.
- Assess inherited technologies identify overlaps or gaps and develop phased consolidation plans.
- Partner with corporate development IT and security teams to ensure smooth transitions with minimal business disruption.
- Global Connectivity
- Architect and oversee the implementation of a scalable network strategy leveraging SD-WAN cloud interconnects and resilient carrier services.
- Optimize performance reliability and cost across hybrid multi-site and cloud environments.
- Implement redundancy and high availability designs to ensure 24/7/365 business operations.
- Operational Excellence
- Direct the monitoring incident response and lifecycle management of enterprise network systems.
- Establish KPIs and SLAs for availability performance and security.
- Lead vendor negotiations contracts and partnerships for networks and managed services.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Build and mentor a high-performing networking team capable of executing on complex integration and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with security infrastructure cloud and application teams to ensure alignment of network services with the overall IT strategy.
- Provide executive updates on networking strategy risk and performance.
